Insurance

  • Acacia Acupuncture is a preferred provider with most major insurance companies (see list on the right).

 

  • Acupuncture is covered by many insurance plans, however we suggest you review your benefits with your insurance company. 

 

  • Feel free to call our office about your insurance.  Suzy has worked in the medical and legal fields for several decades, and having been a paralegal, she is particularly knowledgeable about car accidents and PIP insurance.

 

  • Car Insurance (PIP) generally covers acupuncture.

  • Workers Compensation - Low Back Pain is now approved through Washington State Department of Labor and Industries.  Dan is a covered provider under the program.

  • Regence (including Uniform Medical)
